Chung Yuen High Polymer Holdings Ltd. (formerly China New Materials Holdings Ltd., the "Company") is the largest manufacturer of polybutylene succinate (a biodegradable aliphatic copolyester) and the second largest manufacturer of butanediol in China.  Its operating subsidiaries have total production capacity per annum of 25,000 metric tons of polybutylene succinate, 35,000 metric tons of butanediol, 17,000 metric tons of butyrolactone and 5,000 metric tons of tetrahydrofuran.
