Funshion Networks Co., Ltd. (the "Company") owns and operates fun.tv, a rich media streaming and content delivery internet platform in China.

On 29 June, 2012, Shanghai Media Group, Inc., through its subsidiary BesTV New Media Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600637.SS), became the largest shareholder of the Company.  In September, 2013, BesTV New Media Co., Ltd. increased its stake in the Company to become its majority shareholder.  On 8 October, 2015, BesTV New Media Co., Ltd. completed the purchase of all of the interests of the financial investors in the Company and increased its stake in the Company to over 70%.  For more information on the Company, please click here.
